目的应用级间失配法研究微波放大器的噪声与功率同时匹配,实现噪声低和输入输出功率匹配良好的微波低噪声放大器(LNA).方法将两个单级LNA级联,并把第一级LNA的输出功率匹配网络用级间失配网络代替,当此级间失配网络实现特定的阻抗变换作用时,微波放大器噪声与功率能够做到同时匹配.结果给出了低输入输出驻波比LNA的原理及设计步骤,实现了11.8GHz两级LNA,工作频率11.3~12.3GHz,噪声系数1.9dB,增益大于21dB.结论应用级间失配法可以实现噪声低和输入输出功率匹配良好的LNA,实验与设计期望相吻合,表明了该方法的有效性.
Aim To use the inter-stage mismatch method to study the noise and power matching of a microwave amplifier at the same time, so as to realize a microwave low noise amplifier (LNA) with low noise and good input and output power. The method cascades two single-stage LNAs and replaces the output power matching network of the first stage LNA with an interstage mismatch network. When the inter-stage mismatch network realizes the specific impedance transformation, the noise and power of the microwave amplifier can be Do match at the same time. Results The principle and design steps of LNA with low input / output (VSWR) are given. The 11.8GHz two-stage LNA is realized with the operating frequency of 11.3-12.3GHz, the noise figure of 1.9dB and the gain of more than 21dB. Conclusion The LNA with low noise and good input power and output power can be achieved by using the inter-stage mismatch method. The experimental and design expectations are consistent, which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
