本论文在对鞍山市旅游企业的人才开发情况展开调查的基础上,对鞍山旅游人才的现状加以了阐述,并分析了存在的一些问题的原因,提出了鞍山是在开发旅游人才过程中的相应对策。随着鞍山旅游的快速发展。旅游企业对旅游从业人员的素质要求也越来越高。为了使鞍山市各个旅游企业能够满足各自企业发展的人才需要,本课题针对鞍山市旅游景区、旅游企业对旅游从业人员以及旅游管理专业毕业生的要求作了调查,分析了旅游人才开发过程中存在的问题,并寻求提高鞍山市旅游业人才素质,进而提高鞍山旅游企业整体竞争力的对策。
