钢铁件,特别是冷轧钢件,在涂漆前需进行磷化处理,以增加漆膜与基体金属的结合力和提高防护性能。但目前所使用的磷化工艺较为复杂,并且需要较严格的加热条件,耗能量很大,这对于能源紧缺的地区和单位极不利。为减少磷化工序、节约能源,我们研制成功室温磷化、钝化工艺。该溶液还具有一定的除油能力,因此,对于无锈冷轧钢件的磷化处理可采用二步或三步进行,即磷化——水洗或除油——磷化——水洗。这样即减少工序又可在通常条件下不需能源或少量加热条件就能达到满意的结果。该磷化成分有两种组份结构,在指定的浓度及工艺范围内可得到0.9~1.8克/米~2磷化膜,是理想的油漆基底。
Steel parts, especially cold-rolled steel parts, are phosphated before painting to increase the adhesion of the paint film to the base metal and improve the protective properties. However, the phosphating process currently used is more complicated and requires more stringent heating conditions and consumes a lot of energy, which is very unfavorable to energy-deficient areas and units. To reduce the phosphating process, energy conservation, we successfully developed room temperature phosphating, passivation process. The solution also has a certain ability to remove oil. Therefore, the phosphating treatment of the cold-rolled steel without rust can be carried out in two steps or three steps, namely phosphating-water washing or degreasing-phosphating-water washing. This means that the process can be reduced and under normal conditions without energy or a small amount of heating conditions can achieve satisfactory results. The phosphating composition has two components structure, in the specified concentration and process can be obtained within 0.9 ~ 1.8 g / m ~ 2 phosphate film, is the ideal paint base.
