空肠弯曲菌作为人类急性腹泻的重要病原菌,愈来愈被人们所重视。我们根据全国腹泻病原学诊断学习班讲义的介绍,选用改良培养基和检验方法。于1984年7月采集12份鸡肛拭子成功地分离到5株空肠弯曲菌。现报告如下。
Campylobacter jejuni as an important pathogen of human acute diarrhea, more and more people pay attention. Based on the introduction of handouts for diarrhea etiology diagnostic classes in the country, we selected modified media and test methods. In July 1984 collected 12 copies of chicken anal swab successfully isolated 5 strains of Campylobacter jejuni. The report is as follows.
