本文介绍了中南矿冶学院选矿科研室多年来与湖北长石矿进行协作,对该矿选出钼铌的尾矿开展综合回收的研究及几年来生产的成果。经重选钼铌后的尾砂,以前作为废弃尾矿堆在尾砂坝或作为井下采空区充填料。现用浮选法从中西收成为长石、石英混合产品,占整个尾矿量80%以上,成为良好的玻璃原料。本文列举了从小型试验、半工业试验及至近几年工业生产的工艺流程及指标。产品质量完全达到用户要求。经几家玻璃厂采用后,不仅能提高平板,压花玻璃质量,做瓶罐玻璃还可大大提高强度,更可以节约纯碱用量30-70%。本文对同类型矿床开展综含回收及解决某些地区玻璃原料问题有一定参考价值。
This article describes the Zhongnan Mining and Metallurgical Institute beneficiation Research Department for many years with Hubei feldspar mine collaboration, the mine selected molybdenum and niobium tailings to carry out comprehensive recovery of the study and the results of years of production. The current flotation method from the Chinese and Western income into feldspar, quartz mixed products, accounting for more than 80% of the tailings, a good glass raw materials. This article lists the small-scale experiments, semi-industrial tests and industrial processes in recent years and indicators. Product quality fully meet user requirements. After the adoption of several glass factory, not only can improve the quality of flat glass, embossed glass, glass bottles can also greatly enhance the strength, but also can save the amount of soda ash 30-70%. This article has certain reference value for carrying out comprehensive recovery and solving the problem of glass raw materials in some areas.
