目的长期观察中学生作息制度的变化规律,为制定并落实科学规范的学生作息制度提供依据。方法 1989、1999、2009年采用同一个调查表,同样采取分层整群抽样法,在同一所学校(江苏教育学院附属中学),抽取初二、高二两个年级,一、三两班级的全体学生进行调查。结果 20年来,学生早餐质量有所改善,1989年70.6%的学生仅吃一二两面食或泡饭,而1999年这种情况下降到24.6%,2009年为28.1%。但是课业负担重等现象没有好转,1989年55.0%的学生自习时数超过3 h,1999年达79.5%,2009年仍达80.5%。且学生的户外活动时间明显减少,1989年达到要求的为65.1%,1999年降为19.3%,而2009年仅为6.1%。结论学生的作息制度存在严重问题,有关部门应积极采取措施,科学合理安排学生的作息制度,保障学生的身心健康。
Objective To observe the variation regularity of work-rest system of middle school students for a long time and provide the basis for the formulation and implementation of a scientific and standardized student work-rest system. Methods 1989, 1999 and 2009 using the same questionnaire, the same stratified cluster sampling method, the same school (Jiangsu Education College Affiliated High School), the first two, sophomore year two classes, one or three classes of all Students investigate. As a result, students’ breakfast quality improved over the past two decades. In 1989, 70.6% of students ate 12-22 pasta or rice puree, down from 24.6% in 1999 and 28.1% in 2009. However, the heavy burden of homework did not improve. In 1989, 55.0% of the students studied for more than 3 hours in self-study, 79.5% in 1999 and 80.5% in 2009. The students’ time for outdoor activities decreased significantly, reaching 65.1% in 1989, 19.3% in 1999 and just 6.1% in 2009. Conclusions There are serious problems in the student work-rest system. Relevant departments should take active measures to arrange student work-rest system scientifically and rationally to ensure the students’ physical and mental health.
