互联网金融是金融体制改革创新的产物,而担保制度是互联网金融得以安全运行的关键,但一些看似完善的担保制度设计,在实际运行中却出现了种种问题,值得探讨。
Internet finance is the product of the financial system reform and innovation. The guarantee system is the key to the safe operation of Internet finance. However, some seemingly perfect guarantee system designs have encountered various problems in actual operation and are worth discussing.
