渗铝钢作为抗腐蚀材料在国内、外已广泛采用,但用于水轮机转轮尚未见报导。考虑到渗铝层具有很高的硬度及良好的耐腐蚀性,因此我们将碳钢转轮渗铝,希望具有超过碳铜的抗气蚀、抗磨、耐海水腐蚀能力。经电站二年半运行后,业已证明渗铝钢转轮抗气蚀能力比ZG35B碳钢转轮好,在中小型转轮上可以推广试用。
Aluminized steel as a corrosion-resistant material at home and abroad have been widely used, but for the turbine runner has not been reported. Taking into account the aluminized layer has a high hardness and good corrosion resistance, so we will aluminizing the carbon steel wheels, hope to have more than carbon copper cavitation, abrasion, seawater corrosion resistance. After running for two and a half years, it has been proved that the anti-cavitation ability of the aluminized steel wheel is better than that of the ZG35B carbon steel runner and can be promoted and experimented on the small and medium-sized runner.
