《蝇王》是英国当代小说家威廉·戈尔丁的处女作,亦是其最成功最有代表性的作品。该书描绘了一群荒岛余生的孩子为求生存和自救而展现出的真实人性。本文意在以弗洛伊德的人格结构理论为依据,探寻三位主人公杰克、拉尔夫、西蒙的主导人格以及其相互作用,从而更深入的阐释小说的主题。
Lord of the Flies is a debut by William Golding, a contemporary British novelist, and one of the most successful and representative works. The book portrays the true humanity demonstrated by children of the rest of the island for survival and self-help. This article is based on Freud’s theory of personality structure, explores the dominant personality of the three protagonists Jack, Ralf and Simon and their interaction so as to further explain the theme of the novel.
