通过对建筑工程施工质量影响因素进行分析,得到建筑工程施工质量的影响因素主要有人员素质、建筑材料、机械设备、施工工艺及环境五个因素,其中最主要的影响因素为人员素质因素,因此在进行相应的建筑工程施工前及施工阶段中应对人员素质进行控制,以确保工程质量及安全施工。
