基于对全国知名企业247份有效样本的问卷调查,实证分析创新协同度对创新绩效的影响,并引入组织学习为中介变量,探讨组织学习的中介作用。研究结果表明:(1)企业协同创新中存在着创新协同度对创新绩效的影响路径,但技术与制度协同度并没有显著影响创新绩效;(2)学习承诺在技术与市场、技术与组织、技术与战略以及技术与文化协同度和创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应;(3)分享愿景在技术与市场和技术与文化协同度和创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应,分享愿景在技术与战略协同度和创新绩效之间存在完全中介作用;(4)开放心智在技术与市场以及技术与文化协同度和创新绩效之间存在部分中介效应。
Based on a questionnaire survey of 247 valid samples from well-known enterprises in China, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of innovation coordination on innovation performance and introduces organizational learning as a mediating variable to explore the mediating role of organizational learning. The results show that: (1) There is a path of innovation synergy on innovation performance in enterprise collaborative innovation, but the synergy between technology and system does not significantly affect the innovation performance; (2) Learning commitment in technology and market, technology and organization, Technology and strategy as well as the degree of synergy between technology and culture and innovation performance; (3) Sharing vision There is a partial mediation effect between technology and market and the degree of technical and cultural collaboration and innovation performance, sharing the vision In technology and strategy There is a complete mediating effect between the degree of coordination and innovation performance; (4) there is a partial mediation effect between the open mind and technology and market, as well as the degree of technical and cultural coordination and innovation performance.
