研究312树脂吸附钒的过程,结果表明:pH值与钒在溶液中的赋存状态有关,且pH值对312树脂吸附钒的影响很大,在pH=2.0时吸附效果最好。吸附交换速率主要受液膜扩散控制,表观吸附速率常数k298=2.07×10-5s-1。吸附过程遵循Freundlich方程;吸附热力学参数ΔH=9.26kJ.mol-1,ΔS=53.59J.mol-.1K-1,ΔG298=-6.71kJ.mol-1,表观吸附活化能Ea=62.5kJ.mol-1,可用4%NaOH溶液解吸。
The results showed that the pH was related to the state of vanadium in solution and the pH value had a great influence on the adsorption of vanadium on 312 resin. The adsorption was best at pH = 2.0. Adsorption exchange rate is mainly controlled by liquid film diffusion, apparent adsorption rate constant k298 = 2.07 × 10-5s-1. The adsorption process follows the Freundlich equation. The adsorption thermodynamic parameters ΔH = 9.26kJ · mol-1, ΔS = 53.59J.mol-.1K-1, ΔG298 = -6.71kJ.mol-1, and the apparent activation energy for activation Ea = 62.5kJ. mol-1, available 4% NaOH solution desorption.
