本文报道了14种对氨基水杨酸稀土配合物的合成,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、摩尔电导、差热分析、X射线粉末衍射等手段对配合物进行了性质测定,确定了该系列化合物的组成为RE(PAS)_3nH_2O(RE=La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Y,PAS为对氨基水杨酸根,n=1~3)。红外光谱证明稀土元素与配体中的羧基和其邻部位的羟基形成稳定的六元螯合环。抗结核菌及抑菌毒性实验表明,稀土配合物的毒性比对氨基水杨酸钠的毒性小;抗结核菌的作用比对氨基水杨酸钠的作用略强。
In this paper, the synthesis of 14 rare earth complexes of p-aminosalicylic acid was reported. The properties of the complexes were determined by means of elemental analysis, infrared spectra, ultraviolet spectra, molar conductance, differential thermal analysis and X-ray powder diffraction. The compounds of the series are RE (PAS) _3nH_2O (RE = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y and PAS are p-aminosalicylates, n = 1 ~ 3). Infrared spectroscopy proved that the rare earth element and the carboxyl group in the ligand and its adjacent hydroxyl form a stable six-membered chelate ring. Mycobacterium tuberculosis and bacteriostasis toxicity experiments show that the toxicity of rare earth complexes than sodium amino salicylate toxicity is small; the role of anti-tuberculosis than the effect of sodium aminosalicylate slightly stronger.
