’用有限的资源投入,在限定的时间内,以尽可能快的进度,尽可能低的成本,得到尽可能多的收益,圆满完成建设任务,是任何一位项目管理者所追求的目标。项目管理模式与项目建设目标能否实现直接相关,合理的项目管理模式将有助于降低成本、缩短工期,有助于项目管理者达成其目标。本文通过研究上海宝冶集团有限公司某大型冶金项目的成功经验,对多项目并行管理模式在实际项目管理上的应用进行了探讨和分析,并提出了相关的意见和建议。

Based on the successful experience of a large-scale metallurgical project of Shanghai Baoye Group Co., Ltd., this paper discusses and analyzes the application of the multi-project parallel management model in the actual project management and puts forward the relevant opinions and suggestions.
