两相区脱碳退火过程属于碳的异相扩散过程。在脱碳过程中,通过碳的扩散而不断发生γ→α相变。因此,在等温条件下,随着碳含量降低能发生γ→α相变的温度范围均属于两相区脱碳退火的温度范围,具体温度范围处在钢板的Ac_1和无碳合金的Ac_3之间。实验室和现场生产数据表明,与Ac_1温度以下的单相区脱碳退火相比,两相区脱碳退火有如下几个特点: (1) 根据成分的不同,脱碳速度可提高20~200%。 (2) 可得到粗大的、有一定织构度的柱
The decarburization annealing process in two-phase zone belongs to the heterogeneous diffusion process of carbon. During the decarburization, γ → α phase transformation occurs continuously through the diffusion of carbon. Therefore, under the isothermal condition, the temperature range of γ → α phase transformation with decreasing carbon content belongs to the temperature range of decarburization annealing in the two-phase region, the specific temperature range is between the Ac_1 of the steel plate and the Ac_3 of the carbon-free alloy .
