总结了煤矿井下湿喷混凝土技术的发展现状,对比了混凝土搅拌运输2种途径的优劣,分析了现有湿喷机性能参数和机械手发展水平,指出了质量控制与监测的主要指标及方法。煤矿井下干喷、湿喷技术应用效果对比试验表明,湿喷技术环境粉尘浓度降低了80%,回弹率降低了70%,一次喷层厚度由50 mm提高到100 mm,湿喷技术应用效果良好。
The status quo of wet shotcrete technology in coal mines is summarized. The advantages and disadvantages of two methods of concrete mixed transport are compared. The performance parameters and robot development level of existing wet sprayers are analyzed. The main indexes and methods of quality control and monitoring are pointed out. Comparison of application results of dry-jet and wet-jet technologies in coal mines shows that the environmental dust concentration in wet-jet technology is reduced by 80%, the rebound rate is reduced by 70%, the thickness of primary jetting layer is increased from 50 mm to 100 mm, and the application effect of wet jet technology good.
