在全球经济趋向信息化的时代背景下,我国各行业均提出信息化建设的要求。企业通过信息化建设规范了管理,提高了生产效率,增强了竞争力。然而很多企业过于神化信息化管理工具的作用,认为选用了OA、ERP、MES、PLM等系统就可以使管理水平大幅提高。事实上,在信息化管理工具使用过程中,如果忽视管理理念提升及管理思路创新,不注重信息化建设与企业需求融合,最终也无法提高效率和竞争力
In the era of the global economy tending to informatization, various industries in China have proposed the requirements for information construction. The enterprise standardized management through information construction, increased production efficiency, and enhanced competitiveness. However, many companies are too deified in the role of information management tools, that the use of OA, ERP, MES, PLM and other systems can greatly improve the management level. In fact, in the process of using informatization management tools, if we neglect the improvement of management concepts and innovation of management ideas, we do not pay attention to the integration of informatization construction and business needs, and ultimately we cannot improve efficiency and competitiveness.
