近年来,殷允民多次受到国务院侨办、江苏侨办、江苏外办的邀请,走出国门,进行厨艺展示,弘扬中华美食文化。殷允民大厨是土生土长的南京人,说着一口幽默淳朴的南京话。从业30多年以来,殷厨锐意进取,主攻淮扬菜,在传承与研究传统淮扬菜烧制手法的基础上,借鉴西式做法,不断创新,从而受到海内外食客的一致好评。在南京万达希尔顿酒店,殷允民带领后厨团队打造传统与创新融合的淮扬风味,令南京万达希尔顿酒店的餐饮呈现一片新气象。
