目的:观察中药大承气汤联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法:将56例符合急性胰腺炎诊断的患者被随机分为两组,对照组采用生长抑素6mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml,24h持续静脉滴注;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予大承气汤鼻饲,每次200ml,2次/d,其他治疗两组均一致。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组在改善患者腹痛、腹胀、呕吐、退热及减少并发症方面均较对照组明显,两组差异显著。结论:中药大承气汤联合生长抑素治疗较单纯采用生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎效果明显。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Dachengqi Decoction combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: Fifty-six patients diagnosed with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received 500 mg of somatostatin 6 mg plus 0.9% sodium chloride injection for 24 h, and the treatment group received the same treatment as the control group On the given Dachengqi soup nasal feeding, 200ml each time, 2 times / d, the other treatment were the same in both groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the patients’ abdominal pain, bloating, vomiting, fever and complications. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Dachengqi Decoction combined with somatostatin is more effective than pure somatostatin in treating acute pancreatitis.
