当前,我国乡镇企业蓬勃发展,新技术新设备广为应用,设备管理工作的水平也有一定提高.但是,由于遍布全国各地的乡镇企业在规模、设备固定资产的装备水平及技术人员拥有量、职工整体文化素质等方面干差万别,设备管理工作的水平亦如此.我国的乡镇企业在生产过程中,有的机械化程度非常高,甚至是自动化生产,设备管理工作的开展比较正规、全面,但这是少数;大多数乡镇企业的生产是机械化或半机械化,设备管理工作的基础比较薄弱、松散.笔者在实际工作中,曾与江淅等地数十家乡镇企业
