描述了在一套管式换热系统上装有一脉动源使管内流体脉动地流动,从而达到了强化换热的目的。实验结果发现,不同的流动速度下,脉动频率的变化对换热系数大小的影响不同;还发现在同一流速下,脉动频率变化对传热影响的规律,存在着最佳脉动频率值。这为改进管壳式换热器提出了一种新型高效的换热方式。本文还对脉动强化换热的机理进行了初步理论探讨。
Describes the use of a pulsating source on a tube heat exchange system to flow pulsating fluid within the tube to achieve enhanced heat transfer. The experimental results show that, under different flow velocities, the variation of the pulsation frequency has different effects on the heat transfer coefficient. The variation of the pulsation frequency on the heat transfer is also found under the same flow rate, and the optimum pulsation frequency exists. This presents a new and efficient heat exchange method for the improvement of shell and tube heat exchangers. This paper also made a preliminary theoretical discussion on the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement by pulsation.
