一、对企业文化建设的认识 1、企业文化的内涵。“企业文化”是一个外来名词。最早提出的,是本世纪80年代初美国管理界出现的被称作管理新潮“四重奏”的四部名著:即《Z理论-美国企业界怎样迎接日本的挑战》、《日本企业管理艺术》、《企业文化》和《寻找优势-美国最成功公司的经验》。它们通过对日本经济迅速发展的分析,揭开了日本企业管理成功的奥秘,提出了以人为中心的企业文化理论。
