改革开放以来,龙岗区非公领域经济发展迅猛,大量党员流入这一领域工作。据统计,龙岗区共有非公领域党员5657名,非公领域党员约占全区党员总数的30％。流动党员已成为龙岗区党员队伍的重要组成部分,他们在促进龙岗经济社会发展方面做出了重要的贡献。为全面摸清当前这一领域党员的思想状态,准确了解他们对党、对社会、对工作、对人生等各个方面的认知和需求,使党组织的教育管理更具针对性;同时也使党员能更好发挥积极性,为龙岗社会经济发展做出更大贡献,龙岗区委组织部开展了一系列非公领域党员思想状况的课题调研,以调查问卷、个别访谈、召开谈话会等形式,历时两个多月,对全区非公领域流动党员思想状况进行了一次全面调研。
