An appraisal meeting of “fly ash grouting fire extinguishing technology” was held at the Pingdingshan Mining Bureau from June 6 to June 8, 1983, under the chairmanship of the Environmental Protection Office of the Ministry of Electricity and Water and the Technology Development Division of the Ministry of Coal Industry. More than 70 representatives from 29 departments, including ministries, mines, institutions, scientific research, design, power plants and the environmental protection department, attended by the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power and the Ministry of Coal Industry. At the meeting by undertaking the research topic of North China Electric Power Institute, Henan Provincial Power Bureau Central Office, Henan Electric Power Design Institute,
