转型期高等教育如何降低新生代大学生的离职率——基于情绪管理理论视角的分析

进入21世纪以来,出生并成长于社会转型期的新生代大学生已成长为青年人,并逐渐走上了工作岗位,成为社会主义建设发展的生力军。此群体具有以自我为中心、情绪变化大、抗压能力差等特点,使得其在工作中出现了各种各样的问题,并集中反映在持续上升的离职率上。情绪管理理论可以合理地引导个体对自身情绪和他人情绪的认识、协调、互动和控制,对个体建立科学的情绪宣泄和调控机制具有积极作用。故而,本文以该理论为分析视角,指出我国高等教育在关注知识传播的同时,还需发展和培养大学生情绪认知能力、情绪表达能力和情绪控制能力,即通过强化新生代大学生的情绪管理意识、重视个体和团体辅导、指导新生代大学生掌握情绪管理方法等途径来真正帮助其全面发展,有效降低其在日后工作中的离职率,进而促进整个社会的和谐发展。 Since the beginning of the 21st century, the new-generation university students born and raised in the period of social transformation have grown into young people and have gradually taken up their posts and become the new force in the development of socialism. This group has the characteristics of self-centeredness, great mood changes and poor anti-stress ability, causing various problems in its work and concentrating on the rising turnover rate. Emotional management theory can reasonably guide individuals to recognize, coordinate, interact with and control their own emotions and other emotions, and play an active role in establishing a scientific emotional catharsis and regulation mechanism. Therefore, from the perspective of this theory, this paper points out that while paying attention to the spread of knowledge, higher education in our country still needs to develop and cultivate the students ’emotional cognitive ability, emotional expression ability and emotional control ability. That is to say, by strengthening the new generation of college students’ emotional management awareness , Attach importance to individual and group counseling, directing the new generation of college students to grasp the ways of emotional management and other means to truly help them develop in an all-round way, effectively reduce their turnover rate in their future work and further promote the harmonious development of the entire society.
