花香和抗性分别是百合观赏性状和栽培性状的重要方面。本试验以‘朱丽叶’和‘索邦’为材料,利用实时荧光定量PCR研究了9个花香和抗性相关基因(LhDXS,HDS,GGPPS,LPS,LhTPS,LhKAT,LhHPL,LTCOR12,PPO3)在2个百合品种花、叶、鳞片中表达模式的一致性。研究表明:9个基因在花、叶、鳞片中的表达特征都存在显著差异,说明这9个基因的表达具有器官特异性。其中LhKAT和GGPPS在2个品种中的表达特征基本一致,而LhDXS、HDS、LhTPS、LPS、LhHPL、LTCOR12和PPO3在两个品种中的表达特征存在差异,说明这7个基因具有品种特异性。本研究为百合花香和抗性分子育种提供了理论依据。
Floral and resistance are important aspects of lily ornamental traits and cultivated traits respectively. In this study, we used ’Juliet’ and ’Sorbonne’ as materials to study the effects of 9 floral and resistance-related genes (LhDXS, HDS, GGPPS, LPS, LhTPS, LhKAT, LhHPL, LTCOR12 and PPO3) A lily varieties flowers, leaves, scales in the expression pattern of consistency. The results showed that the expression characteristics of nine genes in flowers, leaves and scales were significantly different, which indicated that the expression of these nine genes was organ-specific. The expression characteristics of LhKAT and GGPPS in the two cultivars were basically the same, but the expression characteristics of LhDXS, HDS, LhTPS, LPS, LhHPL, LTCOR12 and PPO3 were different in the two cultivars, which indicated that the seven genes were variety-specific. This study provides a theoretical basis for lily floral and resistant molecular breeding.
