采用放射免疫分析技木测定了沙土鼠急性脑缺血不同时程和缺血后重灌流不同时间血浆β-内啡肽含量的动态变化。结果表明:脑缺血15min、60min、120min血浆β-内啡肽含量显着升高。急性脑缺血30min后重灌流90min,实验组和单纯脑缺血120min组相比,血浆β-内啡肽含量明显降低。提示测定血液或脑脊液中β-内啡肽含量的动态变化规律,有利于脑中风患者的临床诊治和预后判断。急性脑缺血30min后重灌流90min,有利于沙土鼠神经组织的功能恢复。
Radioimmunoassay technique was used to determine the dynamic changes of plasma β-endorphin content in different time courses of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion after cerebral ischemia in gerbils. The results showed that the contents of plasma β-endorphin increased significantly after cerebral ischemia 15min, 60min, 120min. Acute cerebral ischemia after 30min reperfusion perfusion 90min, experimental group compared with 120min ischemia group plasma β-endorphin levels were significantly lower. Prompt determination of blood or cerebrospinal fluid β-endorphin content of the dynamic changes in law, is conducive to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of stroke in patients with prognosis. Acute cerebral ischemia after 30min perfusion flow 90min, is conducive to the recovery of gerbil nerve function.
