运用机械虚拟设计方法 ,以 Solid Works2 0 0 1为技术平台 ,建立了水平换向犁的三维模型 ,在对其运动、受力情况进行理论分析的基础上 ,运用挂接于 Solid Works2 0 0 1之上的 DDM对其进行动态仿真 ,找出该犁油缸底座中的油缸连接板受力最大的时刻 ;然后在此时刻对其进行动态加载 ,再运用内嵌于 Solid Works2 0 0 1之上的COSMOSworks对其进行有限元分析 ,根据其力学及运动学分析结果 ,找出设计中的薄弱环节 ,并提出相应的改进措施。
By using the method of mechanical virtual design and using SolidWorks 2000 as the technical platform, a three-dimensional model of the horizontal reversing plow was established. Based on the theoretical analysis of its movement and force, DDM above it to simulate it dynamically to find the moment at which the pylons in the plow cylinder base are stressed to a maximum; and then load it dynamically at this point in time, using embedded in SolidWorks 2000 COSMOS works its finite element analysis, according to its mechanical and kinematic analysis of the results to identify the weaknesses in the design, and put forward the corresponding improvements.
