为改善聚叠氮缩水甘油醚(GAP)黏合剂体系的力学性能,利用环氧乙烷/四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)对其进行共混改性。通过平衡溶胀法测定体系网络结构参数,并根据橡胶的高弹性统计理论,对其交联网络结构完整性进行判断。结果表明,随PET含量的增加,弹性体的交联密度逐渐增加,交联点间平均相对分子质量逐渐减小。PET的加入能有效改善GAP黏合剂体系交联网络结构完整性。随PET添加质量分数从0增加至30%,弹性体的网络结构校正因子从–0.038增加至0.256,最大拉伸强度从0.662 MPa增加至0.986 MPa,断裂延伸率从212.4%增加至296.1%。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of GAP adhesive system, ethylene / tetrafluoroethylene copolyether (PET) was used to modify the mechanical properties. The structural network parameters of the system were determined by the equilibrium swelling method. The structural integrity of the crosslinked network was judged according to the statistical theory of rubber elasticity. The results showed that with the increase of the content of PET, the crosslinking density of the elastomer gradually increased, and the average relative molecular mass of the crosslinking points gradually decreased. The addition of PET can effectively improve the structural integrity of crosslinked network of GAP binder system. With the mass fraction of PET added from 0 to 30%, the network structure correction factor of elastomer increased from -0.038 to 0.256, the maximum tensile strength increased from 0.662 MPa to 0.986 MPa, and the elongation at break increased from 212.4% to 296.1%.
