《教育部关于做好2015年全国普通高等学校毕业生就业创业工作的通知(教学[2014]15号)》中指出:高校毕业生就业创业工作是教育领域重要的民生工程,党中央、国务院高度重视,明确要求强化就业创业服务体系建设,提升大学生就业创业比例。因此在高职院校加强创业培训是大势所趋,笔者从高职大学生创业培训模式的研究背景、研究现状和研究意义出发,深入分析泸州市高职大学生已有的创业人才培训模式,以期形成一套有效的创业人才培训模式,为泸州经济的发展做出更大贡献,为兄弟学校创业人才的培训提供参考。
According to the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Employment and Entrepreneurship for Graduates from Colleges and Universities in China in 2015 (Teaching [2014] No. 15), the employment and entrepreneurship work of college graduates is an important livelihood project in the field of education. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council Emphasis should be placed on explicitly requiring the construction of an employment service system to enhance employment and entrepreneurship. Therefore, to strengthen entrepreneurship training in higher vocational colleges is the trend of the times. Based on the research background, research status and research significance of the vocational training model for vocational college students, the author analyzes in depth the existing training mode of entrepreneurship in higher vocational college students in order to form a set Effective training mode for entrepreneurship, Luzhou economic development to make greater contribution to provide reference for the training of brothers and school entrepreneurship talent.
