在举国上下热烈欢呼党的十届三中全会、十一大和十一届一中全会胜利召开的大喜日子里,我们怀着无比激动地心情认真学习英明领袖华主席的《政治报告》和会议上通过的历史性决议、报告等重要文件;认真学习华主席关于搞好科学研究、落实党的知识分子政策、实现四个现代化、召开全国科学大会和最近对加强地震科学研究、临震预报等一系列重要指示,为我们地震战线抓纲治国学大庆,千方百计抓临震指明了方向,激励了斗志,开辟了道路。我们一定要沿着伟大领袖毛主席指引的金光大道向前进,为实现敬爱的周总理“希望你们这一代能解决地震预报问题”“要在这条战线上放异彩”的遗愿,为落实华主席提出的在廿四小时前预报出五级以上破坏性地震,保卫社会主义革命和建设而努力奋斗。 正当我们豪情满怀地贯彻落实华主席抓纲治国的战略决策,学大庆做铁人,为攻破临震预报关贡献力量,以实际行动迎接全国地震战线学大庆会议和全国科学大会召开的时刻,先后传来了具有深远历史意义的党的十届三中全会、十一大和十一届一中全会胜
