目前,“内部银行”已开始被我国各个经济部门所重视和推行,正逐步从工业领域向国营商业、供销社、交通运输、建筑、行政事业等领域渗透,有着极其旺盛的生命力。本文就基层供销社怎样推行“内部银行”作一粗浅探讨。基层供销社推行“内部银行”,就是将银行的监督、控制、信贷、结算方式引进承包经营责任制管理中,用价值核算形式代替实物管理,实行资金有偿使用,并通过对内部资金进行统一调节、监督、控制和结算,形成及行使内部经济活动的结算中心和资金管理职能。
