本文根据近年对液压凿岩机性能与试验方法研究结果,分析了液压凿岩机性能及其影响因素,提出了科学的液压凿岩机冲击性能考核原则与试验方法。为使液压凿岩机冲击性能试验结果与凿岩工况基本一致,作者分析研究了不同试验方法,提出了应用光电位移微分法与液压模拟受冲系统,可以得到比较理想的效果。
Based on the research results of hydraulic rockdrill performance and test methods in recent years, this paper analyzes the performance of hydraulic rockdrill and its influencing factors, and puts forward the scientific principle and test method of impact performance of hydraulic rockdrill. In order to make the hydraulic rock drill impact performance test result consistent with the rock drilling condition, the author analyzed and studied different test methods, and put forward the application of the photoelectric displacement differential method and the hydraulic simulation impulse system to get the ideal result.
