以黄金梨为试材,采用显微切片染色技术,对黄金梨“铁头病”发病部位果肉组织中果胶、纤维素、胼胝质、淀粉等物质进行了切片染色观察。结果表明:与正常果相比较,发病果实果肉石细胞密度大、体积大,纤维含量高,而胼胝质无明显差异;淀粉粒增大,果胶含量高,在靠近果皮部形成团块状物质。试验表明,黄金梨“铁头病”的发生与果肉中石细胞大小、果胶含量和纤维素等物质变化相关,纤维素和果胶增多可能是引起果肉硬化的原因之一。
Using the golden pear as the test material, the pectin, cellulose, callose, starch and other substances in the flesh tissue of the infected area of the golden pear were observed by microtome staining. The results showed that compared with the normal fruit, the fruit of the fruit flesh cell density, large volume, high fiber content, but no significant difference in callose; starch granules increased, the pectin content is high, in the vicinity of the peel to form lumpy mass . The results showed that the occurrence of the “Golden Head Pear” was related to the size of the stone cells, pectin content and the changes of cellulose in the pulp. The increase of cellulose and pectin might be one of the causes of the flesh hardening.
