定义电站燃煤锅炉最低无油稳燃负荷为燃烧稳定性指数CSI等于一临界值(推荐为0.05)时的负荷水平。采用气体可燃极限概念对传统的简单化学反应系统模型进行修正后,针对一台200MW电站锅炉在挥发分含量分别为10%,20%,30%时的最低无油稳燃烧负荷进行了预测计算,结果表明:随着挥发分增加,最低无油稳燃负荷变低。并预测计基金项目:国家自然科学基金资助项目(编号59476026)。算了不同挥发分含量下稳定燃烧所需煤质的最低发热量,结果与我国电厂运行经验得到的最低煤质特性曲线基本一致
Define the minimum oil-free steady-state combustion load of a coal-fired utility boiler as the load level at which the combustion stability index CSI equals a critical value (0.05). Based on the concept of gas flammable limit, the traditional simple chemical reaction system model was modified. The minimum oil-free combustion load of a 200MW power station boiler was calculated at the volatile content of 10%, 20% and 30% The results show that with the increase of volatile content, the minimum oil-free steady-state combustion load becomes lower. And predict the fund project: the National Natural Science Fund Project (No. 59476026). Calculating the minimum calorific value of coal required for stable combustion under different volatile components, the result is basically consistent with the lowest coal quality curve obtained from the operation experience of power plants in China
