一、概述 随着信息技术和通信技术的相互融合,计算机与通信集成技术(CTI)的日臻成熟,使我们有可能将信息与通信融合,为客户提供更完善的服务。目前青岛港已经拥有了自己的门户网站,同时又有完善的通信网络,建设青岛港的客户服务中心,无论是从软件还是从硬件都已具备良好的条件,因此,建设青岛港客户服务中心的时机已经成熟。青岛港客户眼务中心就是运用计算机与通信集成技术(CTI),把青岛港的信息网与通信网融合,使这两个系统发挥最大效益。
