在初步试验研究的基础上 ,对尾缘吹气式稳定器进行了结构改进 ,并进行了燃烧性能试验研究。探讨了新型稳定器的贫熄特性 ,分析了尾缘吹气速度与供油量对燃烧性能的影响 ,比较了稳定器前方供油与稳定器内供油的不同供油方式下的燃烧性能 ,并和 V型稳定器性能进行了对比。研究结果表明 ,新型稳定器是一种能稳定工作的可控高效低阻稳定器 ,在未来发动机加力尤其是外涵加力上具有应用前景。尾缘吹气并供油 ,改善了燃烧区燃油浓度分布。燃烧性能优于槽宽大 1倍的 V型稳定器。
Based on the preliminary experimental research, the structural improvement of the trailing edge blow-type stabilizer was carried out and the combustion performance test was carried out. The lean characteristics of the new stabilizer were discussed. The influence of the blow rate of the trailing edge and the fuel supply on the combustion performance was analyzed. The combustion performance under different fuel supply modes was compared between the stabilizer front oil supply and the stabilizer oil supply. And compared with the V-type stabilizer performance. The results show that the new type of stabilizer is a stable and efficient controllable high-efficiency and low-resistance stabilizer, which has the potential application in the future, especially for the application of external force. The trailing edge blows and supplies oil, improving the fuel concentration distribution in the combustion zone. Flame-retardant performance is better than 1 times the groove width of the V-type stabilizer.
