目前球团粘结剂主要成分是膨润土,但膨润土的使用会降低球团品位,为此,人们一直致力于寻求优质膨润土或开发新型的粘结剂。通过分析新型球团粘结剂A的基本物化性质、小饼试样的工艺性能得到预热与焙烧的最佳条件,在最佳条件下进行焙烧验证试验。试验使用优质钠基膨润土做基准试验,与新型粘结剂A比较。结果表明:在相同条件下,配加1%的新型粘结剂A的球团矿连晶更好,强度更高,可以完全替代膨润土。且配加新型粘结剂A的球团矿在较低温度下预热和焙烧就能达到工艺生产要求,有助于节能。使用新型球团粘结剂A代替膨润土应用于球团生产,具有一定应用前景。
At present, the main component of the pellet binder is bentonite, but the use of bentonite will reduce the pellet grade. Therefore, people have been devoting themselves to seeking high quality bentonite or developing new type of binder. By analyzing the basic physical and chemical properties of the novel pellet binder A, the optimum conditions of preheating and calcining were obtained, and the calcination test was carried out under the optimum conditions. The test uses high quality sodium bentonite as a benchmark test compared to the new binder A. The results show that under the same conditions, the new binder B with 1% of new binder A is better and stronger in strength, which can completely replace bentonite. And with a new binder A pellet at a lower temperature preheating and roasting can reach the process of production requirements, contribute to energy saving. The use of a new type of pellet binder A instead of bentonite for pellet production has certain application prospects.
