平面应力条件下,对低碳钢材料的弹塑性断裂提出了一个窄带颈缩区模型。利用颈缩区裂尖前缘的近似平面应变性质,求解带颈缩区的Dugdale模型及计入材料硬化性质的颈缩区尺寸,所得结果与经典的Dugdale模型、平面应力有限元模型及Dugdale损伤模型作了比较,结果表明,颈缩区模型是较好反映断裂现象,并给工程应用提供了一个理论基础。
Under the condition of plane stress, a narrowband necking zone model is proposed for elastoplastic fracture of mild steel. The Dugdale model with constricted zone and the constricted zone size with material hardening properties were solved by using the approximate plane strain property of the crack tip of the necking zone. The results were compared with the classical Dugdale model, plane stress finite element model and Dugdale’s damage The results show that the necking region model can better reflect the fracture phenomenon and provide a theoretical basis for engineering application.
