典型的蛛网膜下腔出血(简称SAH)具有头痛呕吐、脑膜刺激征、血性脑脊液三联征。不典型者易造成诊断失误。我们遇到3例以眩晕为突出表现,缺乏头痛的SAH,报告如下。病例摘要例1:某女,52岁。1978年2月28日与人吵架后觉头晕,视物转动,周身乏力,行走不稳,恶心。1小时后入院。有高血压史8年,既往无类似发作史。查体:血压170/110,神志清楚,烦躁不安,颈
