以药用植物滇桂艾纳香枝条不同茎段部位为材料,研究植物生长调节剂种类及浓度、插穗材料的老熟程度、扦插季节等因子对扦插效果的影响,为滇桂艾纳香扦插繁殖技术的建立提供依据。结果表明,单一植物生长调节剂处理以NAA 2.0 mg/L效果最好,插穗成活率为50.00%,平均生根数为3.23条,与清水处理的差异达极显著水平;两种植物生长调节剂组合处理,以NAA2.0 mg/L+IBA 2.0 mg/L组合处理效果最好,插穗成活率为58.33%,平均生根数为3.72条,与清水处理的差异达极显著水平;比较不同老熟度插穗的成活率和生根数,以老茎最好,其插穗成活率达72.22%,平均每株根数为3.05条,与中茎、嫩茎的差异均达极显著水平;春季取枝扦插的效果优于秋季,其中以老茎最好,其插穗成活率达73.89%,平均生根数为3.50条,两项指标与其他处理的差异均达极显著水平。
