针对现代化冷轧宽带钢连续退火生产线上,连续运行中带钢的张力控制数学模型的建立问题,通过解析研究带钢的温度和速度对带钢张力大小及波动的影响而推导出其间关系模型,从带钢打滑机理出发推导出带钢与炉辊之间的打滑描述模型,进而综合建立了考虑多干扰因素的炉内带钢动态张力实时计算模型,提出了新的可改善张力控制效果的前馈控制策略,并进行了相关的仿真验证。
Aiming at the establishment of mathematical model of tension control of strip in continuous cold rolling continuous annealing line, the relational model was deduced by analyzing the influence of strip temperature and speed on strip tension and fluctuation. Based on the strip slipping mechanism, the slipping description model between the strip and the hearth is deduced, and then the real-time dynamic model of the strip in the furnace considering multi-disturbance factors is established. Feedback control strategy, and carried out the relevant simulation verification.
