CC4528是CMOS双单稳态集成触发电路,它有两个可再触发端A端与B端。若用脉冲上升沿触发,触发信号从A端输入,B端要接高电平;若用脉冲下降沿触发,触发信号从B端输入,A端要接低电平。CD是复位端,低电平有效。它有Q和Q两个互补输出端,产生一个精确的有较宽范围的输出脉冲,其宽度和精确度由外部时间元件R_x、C_x确定。图1是CC 4528的管脚排列。图2是逻辑图。其真值表如附表所示。
CC4528 CMOS dual monostable integrated trigger circuit, which has two re-trigger side A and B-side. If the rising edge of the pulse is used as the trigger, the trigger signal will be input from terminal A and terminal B will be connected to high level. If triggered by the falling edge of pulse, the trigger signal will be input from terminal B and terminal A will be connected to low level. CD is reset, active low. It has two complementary Q and Q outputs, producing an accurate, wide range of output pulses whose width and accuracy are determined by the external time elements R_x and C_x. Figure 1 shows the CC 4528 pinout. Figure 2 is a logic diagram. The truth table is shown in the attached table.
