提出将闲置的消防水池用于空调蓄冷的方案,给出计算方法、提高热效率的措施和经济效益分析。通过实例分析认为,消防水池蓄冷可以大大节省初投资,即使按现行电价运行也可以取得很好的经济效益,削减高峰电负荷;若实行分时电价,可进一步减少运行费。
This paper proposes a scheme for using idle fire fighting pools for air conditioning and cold storage, giving calculation methods, measures for improving thermal efficiency, and analysis of economic benefits. Through the example analysis, it is believed that the cold storage of the fire pool can greatly save the initial investment, and even if operated at the current electricity price, good economic benefits can be achieved and the peak electric load can be reduced. If the time-sharing electricity price is implemented, the operating fee can be further reduced.
