5月14日,上海公司举办“中国梦·国网情”电力客户体验活动,来自社会各界的社区客户代表、消费者协会代表、行风监督员等分别来到上海电网调控中心、500 kV静安变电站、电科院计量中心和供电服务中心参观访问。各界代表了解了上海电网的现状、故障抢修、表计检测等电力知识,参观了客户体验中心及95598呼叫大厅。在体验中心,代表们对陈设的展品表示了浓厚的兴趣,并表示客户体验中心在引导百姓科学用电、安全用电、节约用电的同时,很好地展现了一个负责任央企的社会形象。
