为了实现老挝南欧江五级水电站顺利截流,结合南欧江五级水电站现场地形条件、水文、交通等因素,基于其施工导流采用分期导流的方式,分别从截流时段安排、截流标准、控制流量、截流方式、戗堤位置选择、龙口分区与控制、截流抛投材料、施工设备安排等方面进行了全面的截流规划设计,为实现老挝南欧江五级水电站顺利截流提供了技术保证。
