长期以来,学校教育中传统、普遍、固有的体育教学模式和观念使教育者把体育教学看作是按照教学大纲有目的、有计划的将教学内容灌输、施加给学生,以此期望改造、提高学生,从而达到教师预期的目的和教学目标。这种单一的施加教学实际上只注重体现教师为主导地位,而忽视了学生在整个教学过程中的主体地位。这对实现大学体育素质教育和教学革新是严重的阻碍和羁绊。以此,笔者认为,需在体育教学中积极推行和实践性的尝试进行一定的探析,以提高教育水平和大学生的整体素质。
