碳-碳双键在有机化合物中广泛存在且易于转变成碳-碳单键和许多其它官能团;碳-碳双键在有机合成尤其在一些复杂的具有生理活性的天然产物合成中是十分重要的。本文主要介绍了合成碳-碳双键的重要方法以及一些最新的成果。但对基础有机化学中已经熟知的反应就不再赘述。
Carbon-carbon double bonds are widely present in organic compounds and are readily converted to carbon-carbon single bonds and many other functional groups; carbon-carbon double bonds are important in organic synthesis, especially in some complex and physiologically active natural product syntheses . This article mainly introduces the important methods for synthesizing carbon-carbon double bonds and some recent achievements. However, the well-known reactions in basic organic chemistry will not be repeated.
