2000年10亿元,2001年16亿元,2002年20亿元,这是一个企业三年的工业产值的变化。数字有些枯燥,却表现了企业惊人的发展速度。这个企业就是风神轮胎股份有限公司(以下简称风神公司)。约见风神公司的“领军人物”——董事长、党委书记曹朝阳不是件容易的事,因为他实在太忙。曹朝阳说话语速比较快,思维敏捷清晰,给人以精明干练的感觉。他说话总是开门见山,没有过多的客套话和废话。他的下属对他的评价是:思路开阔,雷厉风行。今年“两会”期间,身为全国人大代表的曹朝阳在接受《河南日报》记者采访时说,在目前的条件下,国有和国有控股企业的“脱困”应赋予新的目标和新的内容,目标应由“脱困”明确地改为“发展”。风神是如何发展的呢?
