推土机支重轮轮体有铸钢件和锻钢件两种。锻钢支重轮的产品机械性能和使用寿命均优于铸钢支重轮,被国内外大多数厂家采用。目前,国内外锻造支重轮轮体均是模锻后再机加工到产品尺寸。对于双边支重轮表面轮槽部分,采用普通模锻难以成形,需经切削加工到成品尺寸。这种模锻工艺存在不易解决的问题是:原材料利用率低;切削加工费用高;轮体工作表面金属纤维组织被切断,达不到优质品的金属纤维仿形性的要求。经我们多次试验研究,提出了支重轮轮体“多点径向辗压工艺(专利号:86108713-2)”,并设计制造了“多点径向辗压机(专利号:
The bulldozer roller wheel body has two kinds of cast steel and steel forgings. The mechanical performance and service life of the forged steel roller are better than those of the cast steel roller and are adopted by most manufacturers at home and abroad. At present, forged roller wheels at home and abroad are machined to size after die forging. For the surface wheel groove part of the double-sided roller surface, ordinary die forging is difficult to form, and it needs to be machined to the finished product size.
